Last week The Hero Club sponsored Freedom Ride #29, the 29th time our little club has paid the expenses related to a life-saving transport. This time we had 7 beautiful fur-babies, 6 of which were pulled from kill shelters on the day they were to be put down. Cara and one of her volunteers drove 1,000 miles north dropping each off at their new foster or fur-ever home along the way.

October, a sweet 4-year-old pittie mix, has spent 1,341 days at The Animal Pad, a no-kill shelter in San Diego. We are committed to helping October find his fur-ever home this month, and we need the support of the We Love Doggos community.
