Doggos Saved Anually!
The We Love Doggos Charity is a non-profit on a mission to make the world a better place for dogs.
We do that best by finding, vetting and supporting dog welfare organizations with proven track records who specialize in what we consider to be three of the most critical dog rescue areas: emergency dog transport, medical treatment and sheltering.
After a thorough vetting process each successful nominated charity receives varying level of financial support based on their demonstrated need and ability to consistently save the most at-risk dogs each year. Each charity also receives the full support of not only The Hero Club, but tens of thousands of other community members we affectionately call The We Love Doggos Packo, or "The Packo" for short.
This support shows up in numerous different ways including helping to foster and/or place at risk dogs, attending and otherwise supporting partner-led online and in-person events, funding special project and initiatives and more!
The easiest and most effective way to help is to make a donation directly to the charity. We NEVER collect donations on their behalf, but will direct you below to the best location to make sure your contribution actually makes it to the charity.
Alternately, we would love to have you as an active member of The Hero Club where you will receive updates on partner activities, interact with other members and be involved directly with the charities if you wish.
And finally...
The problems facing the dog rescue world are massive. Every day across America an average of 1,000 perfectly healthy dogs are euthanized. Together with our community and our AMAZING Spotlight Dog Rescue Charity Partners we ARE making the world a better place for dogs.
Without further ado, meet the We Love Doggos Charity Packo Partners.
The Animal Pad is a 501c3 Organization EIN #45-4902841 that rescues dogs all over San Diego, Southern California and Mexico and believes that every dog should have a loving fur-ever home. They are nationally recognized for their grit, determination and willingness to step into unthinkable situations, and rescue dogs, often hundreds at a time!
Doggos Saved Anually!
The Animal Pad is a non-profit, all-breed dog rescue dedicated to saving pups from high-kill shelters and the streets of Mexico. They provide them with veterinary care, place them in foster homes, and find them loving forever families. A few years ago, they shifted their focus to the street dogs of Mexico, where help is scarce.
Since then, they've built a large rescue network in Baja California and established a sister shelter in Ensenada, Mexico, prioritizing the rescue of dogs from this shelter whenever possible and when funds allow.
The Animal Pad is only able to do what they do through the efforts of a wide network of volunteers, fosters, donors, sponsor organizations, and adopters. It truly takes a village. The Animal Pad is seeking new avenues for fundraising, veterinary and pet supply connections, and anything else that can assist TAP in helping these innocent souls.
This incredible charity saves hundreds of dogs each year by transporting them from kill shelters in Northern California to safe havens as far north as Canada.

This year, LifeLine Animal Project is celebrating 20 years of lifesaving in Atlanta. Let's see what we can do over the next 20 years!
They work tirelessly with a team of volunteer drivers, foster parents and no-kill dog shelters to assemble convoys of 20-30 dogs driving as much as 1,500 miles to personally deliver each dog to their new home.
Located in Thornton, California, this AMAZING charity was responsible for saving 850+ dogs in 2022 and 2023. About twice a month they visit several kill shelters in Northern California, load up their transport van and drive North as far away as Canada, dropping up to 35 dogs per trip at foster homes, no-kill shelters and FUR-ever families.

Located in Eureka, Montana, The Tobacco Valley Animal Shelter was responsible for saving and placing over 700 dogs in 2022 and 2023. Located in rural northwest Montana, this shelter is often the last chance for neglected, abused and at-risk dogs.
Doggos Saved Anually!
The Tobacco Valley Animal Shelter has saved nearly 9,300 dogs and spayed 5,000 more since opening their doors in 2008. Prior to that, Lincoln County had only kill shelters. Dogs that were not claimed in 3 days were euthanized. Now, instead, they are turned over to TVAS!
Wendy, the Facility Manager led a campaign 12 years ago to get the shelter built and works tirelessly with her team of 7 employees and volunteers rescue, re-habilitate, nurture and place our furry friends 365 days a year.
